We implement tools that allow project teams structure with flexibility. That is why we chose a framework rather than a methodology. A framework allows each project team to have their own interpretation of how the tools will be implemented. The tools used are a Kanban board, Iterations, Sprints, Functional Developers, Technical Developers, End- Users, Project Managers, and Project Sponsors or leadership teams. We manage projects more fluidly while still providing structure for reporting progress, risks, and change control – without additional costs or project risks.
